Every role I carry has shaped my perspective, strengthened my faith, and reminded me that purpose is often found in the ordinary moments.
For more than twenty years, military life shaped our family's journey.
Through deployments, moves, and uncertainty, I learned that faith isn't something we practice only when life is easy. It's what carries us through when life feels uncertain.
As a military spouse, I learned resilience, flexibility, and the importance of finding purpose in every season. Including seasons I never would have chosen for myself.
My career in education has also shaped who I am.
For more than sixteen years, I've had the privilege of supporting students, teachers, and families as an educator and instructional coach.
The classroom taught me that growth rarely happens overnight. It happens through small, faithful steps taken consistently over time.
Those same lessons eventually led me to co-found MBS | The Woman Beyond the Cape and co-host the Finding My Best Self Podcast.
Both were created from a desire to encourage women to rediscover who they are beyond the many roles they carry.
Today, I continue to share what I'm learning through faith, motherhood, education, entrepreneurship, and everyday life. My hope is that through these stories, other women feel encouraged to embrace the season they're in and trust the path God is unfolding before them.

BEYOND THE BLOG
One of the ways I live out this mission is through MBS | The Woman Beyond the Cape, a faith-inspired athleisure brand I co-founded to encourage women to walk confidently in their God-given identity.
What began as a personal journey of rediscovering who I was beyond the many roles I carried became a mission to help other women do the same.
